At Ultimate Pack, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all original equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process to ensure your tech needs are met without hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ultimate Pack account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
